What we are going for

An enjoyable learning experience — for every competitor

Every child in this gym is here to test themselves in front of people they don't know. That is the hard part, and they have already done it by showing up. This means being supportive of the competitors AND the judges. Neither are perfect, and both are doing the best that they can that day.

A smooth, quick tournament

Ten rings run at once so nobody spends the day waiting. Divisions are called as rings free up, which is why the order shifts a little as the day goes.

What to expect

Ring assignment is not in any order

There is no rhyme or reason to which division lands in which ring. The Rings tab shows what division is in what ring at the moment, and how far we have progressed in the day. The Divisions tab shows the order of events for the day. If your division says Upcoming, it means it hasn't been called yet. Anything listed before it competes before you do.

You can leave when your competitor is done

Families are welcome to head out once their child has finished. You do not need to stay to the end of the day.

If you have questions

If you have questions about any aspect of the tournament, go to the Help table, NOT to the Head table. The people at the Help table are specifically there to help the competitors and their families. The Head table is there to run the tournament smoothly and quickly.
